1. Eligibility

• You must be a registered gym member to use the App.
• You must be at least 13 years old.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

3. App Features

• Check-In: QR code scans record attendance.
• Membership Info: View-only details about your plan.
• Class Booking: Reserve classes and services (subject to availability).
• News & Notifications: Receive updates from the gym.

4. Limitations

• The App does not process payments or sell memberships.
• Attendance data is for informational purposes and may not always reflect official records.
• We are not liable for missed classes, scheduling errors, or service changes.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:
• Misuse the App (e.g., hacking, tampering with check-ins).
• Share false or misleading information.
• Use the App in violation of laws or gym policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (design, logos, text) is owned by Fit Plus or licensed to us. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:
• Injuries, losses, or damages resulting from gym activities.
• Technical issues outside our control (e.g., internet outages, device failures).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
