Orglx Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Orglx, an HR management mobile application (“App”) developed to facilitate HR processes such as attendance, missions, leave requests, and related employee operations.

By accessing or using Orglx, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.

1. Definitions

• “App” refers to the Orglx mobile application.
• “Employer” refers to the organization providing you access to Orglx.
• “User” or “Employee” refers to any individual granted access to Orglx by their employer.

2. Account and Access

• You do not create your own account. Your employer creates and manages your account.
• Login credentials (username and password) are provided by your HR department.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with anyone.
• You agree to notify your HR department immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted Use

• You may use Orglx solely for legitimate HR and employment-related purposes.
• You agree not to:
- Share your credentials with others.
- Use fake GPS or spoofing tools to manipulate location.
- Engage in “buddy punching” (checking in/out for someone else).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disable app functionalities.


• Misuse of the app may result in disciplinary action by your employer.

4. Location and Biometric Usage

• Orglx uses GPS for location verification during attendance or mission submissions. Location data is collected only when the app is in use and with your consent.
• Biometric authentication (Fingerprint or Face ID) is used for secure access and never leaves your device.

5. Data and Privacy

• By using Orglx, you acknowledge that your personal and HR-related data will be processed as described in our Orglx Privacy Policy.
• Your employer has access to your attendance logs, mission requests, leave records, and similar HR-related information.
• No data is sold to third parties.

6. Employer Responsibility

• Orglx is provided as a tool to facilitate HR operations. Your employer is responsible for managing your account and ensuring data accuracy.
• Any disputes regarding HR policies, attendance, or disciplinary actions should be addressed directly with your employer.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, and features of Orglx are the property of DMS Systems and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

8. Availability and Maintenance

• Orglx aims to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free from errors.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

9. Termination

• Your access to Orglx may be revoked by your employer or the app provider at any time, especially in cases of misuse, policy violation, or employment termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Orglx is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• DMS Systems and your employer are not liable for:
- Errors or downtime of the app.
- Misuse or unauthorized use of the app by employees.
- Any employment-related disputes (handled by your employer).

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified through the App or your HR department if significant changes occur.
