Welcome to Orglx, a human resources management mobile application (“App”) developed to streamline employee operations such as attendance, missions, leaves, and HR requests.

You do not create your own account. Your account is created and managed by your employer. Login credentials (username and password) are provided to you by your company’s HR department. You are responsible for keeping this information confidential.

a. Employee Profile Information
• Full Name, Employee ID
• Job Title, Department, Manager
• Contact Information (email, phone if provided)

b. Attendance and HR Data
• Attendance logs (check-in/out)
• Mission requests and field activity logs
• Leave requests, overtime requests, and HR form submissions

c. Location Data
• GPS is used to verify your location when submitting attendance or mission activity, only when the app is in use and with your permission.

d. Biometric Authentication
• Fingerprint or Face ID is used only on your device to securely access the app. Biometric data never leaves your phone.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:
• Validate attendance and location-related actions
• Process your HR requests (leaves, overtime, etc.)
• Securely authenticate your access to the system
• Monitor app usage and performance
• Comply with labor laws and internal HR policies

9. Misuse and Fraud Prevention

Orglx is designed to ensure accurate, fair, and verifiable HR processes. Any attempt to misuse the app or manipulate its functionality may result in disciplinary action.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• Falsifying attendance or location (e.g., using fake GPS apps or spoofing tools)
• Buddy punching (e.g., asking someone else to check in or out on your behalf)
• Tampering with app files or system time
• Disabling required permissions (such as GPS) during check-in


Your employer may take the following actions in response to fraudulent behavior:

• Conduct internal investigations
• Issue verbal or written warnings
• Temporarily or permanently suspend access to the app
• Apply administrative, legal, or disciplinary consequences in accordance with the company’s HR policies
Orglx logs and audits critical actions to help identify any form of suspicious or non-compliant activity. By using this app, you agree to use it responsibly and ethically.
