By using Eclaa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

To use the Eclaa app, you must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

• You must create an Eclaa account to book services through the app.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. Bookings & Payments

• All services, prices, and availability are displayed within the Eclaa app and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done in accordance with the salon’s cancellation policy, as displayed in the app.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Eclaa only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You must not:
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or tamper with the app’s security or functionality.
• Misuse the app to harass, defraud, or harm other users or the business. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, graphics, and data displayed in Eclaa are the property of DMS Systems or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app or its content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Eclaa app and its services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of any information provided within the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMS Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to lost bookings, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be posted within the Eclaa app with the updated effective date. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
