Welcome to “Truck”), a logistics management platform operated by DMS Systems. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. The App is designed to facilitate logistics services including order placement, driver assignment, route tracking, and communication.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• Certain features may require you to register or log in to a user account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

4. App Features and Services

The App provides services including but not limited to:

• Booking logistics and freight transport
• Real-time GPS tracking (driver only)
• Push notification updates
• Secure biometric login (optional)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature, temporarily or permanently, without notice.

5. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App or its servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature

6. Location and Permissions

For drivers, the App requires access to location services to support real-time tracking. You can disable location access at any time, but doing so may limit core functionalities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software used in the App are the intellectual property of DMS Systems or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMS Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App. Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of services provided through the App. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted unlawfully.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party tools and APIs such as:
• Google Maps / Apple Maps for location and navigation Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
